Internal Evaluation Group (IEG)


The Internal Evaluation Group (IEG) is constituted at Department level by decision of the relevant Department General Assembly. A student representative also participates in the IEG.

Its responsibilities include:

  1. Planning, programming and coordinating the internal evaluation process.
  2. Conducting the internal evaluation process every academic semester.
  3. Defining and circulating the procedures through which the transparency of the internal evaluation is assured (i.e., taking into account differing views, recording of communications, dealing with disagreements, etc.).
  4. Monitoring the completion of relevant questionnaires.
  5. Keeping the Department’s members and relevant bodies informed of the responses to questionnaires and the results of the dialogue between students and teaching staff.
  6. Collecting of all the necessary data.
  7. Ensuring that all opinions are taken into account.
  8. Protecting personal data.
  9. Writing the Internal Evaluation Report.
  10. Submitting the Internal Evaluation Report to the QAU.
